This website was created to inspire more pilots to join the fun of flying in Mexico, especially during Alex Parra’s Winter Fiesta Fly-in event.

Most of what you see here is from my personal experience flying from Portland, Oregon to Acapulco, Mexico and back, to attend Alex Parra’s Winter Fiesta Flyin in February of 2016.

This was my first flight into Mexico. I had trepidation with concerns based on rumors. With plenty of research and encouragement from Alex Parra, I ventured south.
